Perrin & Rowe - Foundry

This collection of images took us into the heavy industrial area of the Black Country where the Perrin & Rowe factory is and the brassware is forged from raw materials to fine finished products of quality.  Many of the experienced staff are highly valued and loyal in return, some of who have been employed from man and boy.  

There was something historically authentic about the bubbling molten brass and the men that worked with the forges.  The heat positively felt through the photographs via the glowing colour of the lava-like smelting pots.
